We are here to help with your search

**Although we do not offer legal advice or prepare documents, we've compiled a selection of helpful links to commonly used forms that you can view or print at your convenience. If you'd prefer, we're happy to print them for you ahead of your appointment.**

Texas Durable (Statutory) Power of Attorney Form:

A Texas durable statutory power of attorney form can be used to designate someone else ("agent") to represent a person's financial interests on their behalf. The term "durable" refers to a POA containing instructions that it will not terminate if the principal becomes incapacitated.

Texas General (Financial) Power of Attorney:

A Texas General (Financial) Power of Attorney Form is a universal power of attorney that allows an individual (the principal) to grant broad powers to another person (an agent) to manage finances and assets on behalf of the principal. The powers automatically expire if the principal is found to be incompetent.

Texas Limited Power of Attorney Form:

A Texas limited power of attorney form provides a means by which to grant someone the authority to act on someone else's behalf. This form applies only to a limited transaction or a specific timeframe.

Texas Medical Power of Attorney Form:

A Texas medical power of attorney allows a person to select someone else to make health decisions on their behalf. The principal can limit or give unrestricted powers to the agent to make any type of responsibility, including ending the principal's life. Alternate agents may also be selected in the event the primary agent cannot perform.

Texas Minor (Child) Power of Attorney Form:

A Texas authorization agreement for non-parent adult caregiver is a legal document that allows parents or legal guardians the ability to authorize another adult to care for their children in their absence. In Texas, this type of authorization agreement is used instead of a power of attorney.

Texas Real Estate Power of Attorney Form:

A Texas real estate power of attorney is a document used by a principal to select an agent to buy, sell, lease, or perform other transactions regarding real estate on their behalf. To execute the form, the principal must acknowledge their signature on the document before a notary.

Texas Revocation of Power of Attorney Form:

A Texas power of attorney revocation is a legal document used to terminate an existing power of attorney. A copy of the revocation must be provided to the authorized agent and other interested third parties. Without such notice, these entities cannot be held liable if they continue to act on the basis of the original power of attorney.
